- Factual/linking errors: corrected as soon as practical, usually same day.
- Scoring or classification disputes: reviewed and either corrected or documented with rationale.
- Prompt/summary quality issues: revised in the next summary compile pass.
Substantive corrections are reflected in source data and site export, not hidden in silent edits.
