Funny thing is they’ve been making some doozies of rules lately, and I was finding out about them from social media. I knew there was more, and I went to regulations.gov to find it. That was like walking into a library with only catalog numbers on the book spines!
Regulations Observer exists to make that library usable. It surfaces active dockets, gives deterministic triage signals, and links directly to source records so people can comment from evidence rather than outrage cycles.
